How is someone 45+ supposed to get their second dose? Has anyone been able to get it for their parents or anyone 45+ in the recent days? If so how? (looking in the Mumbai-Thane belt and there seems to be a sever shortage)

My nani got her second dose recently (5th May) and my dad is going to get his on this weekend. P.S I am from UP

Looks like it's mostly the metro cities where people are aware of vaccines and the slots fill up. In smaller towns, slots are open everywhere. Probably because people are not as aware.
