I agree, because it is hard to get people to change their mindsets and org culture when they specifically do not want to or do not have authority to make that change.
Nowadays, I snigger when some recruiter tells me that they will work remotely for
now but will be back in office when the pandemic runs out, I'm like if you cannot adapt to remote work even after a year of doing it, what kind of a management is this?
