There was a thread earlier here (I think) where folks shared their average amount of screen time. What app or software are you guys using to keep a track of this? Please suggest. Most apps that I have found are for parental control, not finding anything general to use. I seriously need to cut down a lot on my screen time 😐

For cross-device tracking, you got to be in an ecosystem by same vendor (read: Apple). If you want something just on macOS, you can look at https://sindresorhus.com/pandan.

Android has a built-in tool called Digital Wellbeing Apple's implementation is called Screen Time

@faint-energy-11966 Digital Wellbeing looks good, but does it provide some sort of analysis on daily/weekly/monthly basis on how is one progressing? @delightful-florist-55380 Do we need the premium version of Stay Focused, or is the free one enough?
What about desktop/laptop usage? Anything for the same?

Free is good , but as it is free so has limited capability , I recommend to first try free version , if you like you can purchase it as well.
