In recent zomato IPO I was seeing lot of videos in which most of them said that zomato has lot of restaurant data like which dishes are popular at what location etc. I just wanted to know is this restaurants data regulated?? I mean are there any restrictions on how zomato can use that data and can they share it with other companies who want to open new restaurant or cloud kitchen??

But sharing this data is it regulated??

Dumb question - why should this data be regulated as long as there's no PII?
