Yep, subscene has been blocked for me for a long time. I'm also on Airtel. I use subliminal (https://pypi.org/project/subliminal/) to download subs now. It's very simple and fetches from various sources. If nothing works, OpenSubtitles.org is still a good bet.

A few days back https://teachyourselfcs.com/ was banned too. They've removed the ban now though.
