{SEO question} : I am planning to use crisp helpdesk or intercomm for blog posts, support articles & FAQs. Is it possible to implement SEO in such applications?? or do I need to create pages manually i.e deploy pages on my frontend stack and then implement SEO ???

I'm not sure about others, but Intercom content can be indexed and ranked as usual..but it doesn't allow you to add redirects, meta tags, structured data, or pretty much anything you'd want to do.
