Anyone here using intel-nuc or any other mini-PC and give me feedback on which is better? I am considering buying one... - to host VMs and container / k8s clusters on it try.. Preferring NUC over raspberry-pi as I get more customization option than getting stuck with fix RAM etc Any feedback would be appreciated

Take a look at ECS Liva series. Have used them for some other purpose and they're good.
