Folks, is it worth buying furniture from Pepperfry? (I'm looking for an almirah but need info on their customer service and quality control in general.)

No idea regarding that because I've never needed their service!

I bought a sofa cum bed and a side lamp recently. The side lamp got damaged, the packaging was good though. I returned it and they refunded the money. They sent their carpenter to assemble the sofa cum bed. I live in a remote area. It took time for the delivery but I am happy with their service. It is better if they have any showroom nearby, you can directly call them. Also, they will assemble the items, else it will void the warranty.

[I live in a metro] I ordered a bunch of stuff from them, all is of quite good quality. One chair got damaged which they refunded after lots of back and forth and threatening them with consumer court. But overall I am happy with them.
