Is anyone experiencing ACT Fibernet throttling internet speed recently? I've been getting 4-5 MB/s download speeds on VPN but only 25KB/s on non-mainstream websites like GitHub/BitBucket etc.

I faced it with Airtel Fiber, onedrive download was around 250Kbps and with VPN it was 10Mb+. Switched to Jio Fiber.

Working fine for me. No throttling at the moment.

Raised a complaint and they fixed it.
