OK, I finally got 8hrs/day of productive time logged in RescueTime after starting this stint last week 🙂

That’s super crazy .. I cannot get more than 4-5 hrs of productive work.

How do you do it ?

RescueTime doesn't auto update to current date, so I was looking at day before yesterday's stat's

or else I'd have padded and made it 8 hours

ok I lied , it was 7h 37m not 8 hrs 😅

For me it was just cutting out distractions, my biggest one right now is Twitter

What is a good way to find the audience for this group ? 🤔

Have a poll on slack to understand the audience knowledge on the talk

- Share the agenda at the start of the talk - Ask questions in between to check whether people can hear you.

I once gave a talk and realised 5 mins after that nobody could hear me. And the great thing was I had switched off all notifications on slack, so nobody could get the message across unless I realised that it was too quiet :D

- Share some personal photos to build a connection with audience

Like photos of your cat or your current work location
