Hi there, I worked a bit with AI do enhance windows run time by working on dsc_base_provider. I opened this MR <https://github.com/puppetlabs/ruby-pwsh/pull/400|github.com/puppetlabs/ruby-pwsh/pull/400> The time gain is quite important, and `validation_mode =&gt; resource` becomes the fastest and most reliable way to manage resource. I tried to be as precise and detailed as possible in the PR , thus the long text.
Hopefully we can work on that and the depending PRs together if anything needs to be changed or discussed

I also add some improvements in my codebase too (mostly caching very consuming resources like windows feature)
This is not part of this PR given it is linked to my env, but I compared private module optimization and ruby-pwsh optimization, and both together, to get this table

(in french, but the numbers are comprehensible)

Merci pour le MR, Clebam! I'll make sure we pull this into the stream of test and review. It does take a while before full engineering review gets completed, so I just want to set that expectation up front!
