We have a puppet module to update postgressql and each and every puppet pull cycle in the client side creating few files with extention .pref under /etc/apt/preferences.d. After that file creation , using puppet we could not update anyting until and unless we clear those file which are generated.

I posted a question on <#C0W298S9G|> and had a small discussion there.  I feel like we’ve gotten further, but still not fully there.  We are trying to set proxy_pass with multiple vhosts.  Example, have <http://proxy.domain.com|proxy.domain.com> that is running apache and will server as a proxy.. After that, hosts will be redirected to another server - <http://parent.domain.com|parent.domain.com> with multiple vhosts.  Is this something doable? Right now we have profiles::www::vhost with proxy_pass stuff included, but the same configurations are on both servers - proxy and parent.  Shouldn’t it be just on proxy..?

Could you link me to the convo so I don't repeat things?

I didn't see a planned release date for puppetserver on RHEL9 on the installation or supported versions pages.  Is there a timeline published?
