how does one add a new cluster? I have a server where I have docker but I don’t have node. Is there a way to take the images from the docker hub and use them somehow or I have to run `prisma init` and then `local`?

Prisma is a rewrite of the GraphQL engine for the Graphcool Framework :slightly_smiling_face:

So the docs for the graphcool framework say it’s in 0.x - and when wie choose 1.0 it’s actually the documentation for prisma. Which is really confusing!

Will there be a 1.0 of the graphcool framework / cloud soon? We woul love to use that as our production backend for an app, that needs to be highly scalable. right now we didn’t use it because the future was uncertain. Of yourse we could use prisma and graphql-yoga and host everything on our own, but i really like the idea of using an managed backend service, so we dont have to worry about scaling.

Can you recommend using graphcool cloud for that use case or is it ore something for smaller hobby projects? Should we look into using prisma and graphql-yoga instead?

Oh and I’m sure I’m not the only one who got confused. Maybe you could write an blog article to clear everything up and explain the diffrence between all your tools and maybe a roadmap, so people can see what has a future and what gets deprecated.

Also I would love to pay for all the work you guys put into this :slightly_smiling_face:
But before betting on the wrong horse it’s extremely important for us to know if graphcool cloud will be maintained for a (hopefully) very long time.

thank you , and when working in vscode, I don't see intellisense for prisma.query.users where prisma.query... doesn't show users is this expected or is there something I may be missing

and sorry for the long tailed questions, but in regards to functions like in graphcool-framework, does that functionality remain in the framework or is there a new way to do that in prisma , perhaps it's just my learning of what prisma is and is intended for

Ah man! Finally! Now I can retry convincing the company I work for to finally accept :prisma: :smile:

I'm guessing I'm missing something obvious here, but I wanted to re-recreate a local graph.cool docker project, but whenever I run the command it says project with same name exist.  Is there a way to clear/remove the old server project?

i installed prism and have the problem to initialize a service :disappointed: i get following error:

prism [-f {file}] [-n] -l {language}
-f if file option is missing the source to highlightis taken from stdin
-n use this option if you want to have ANSI formatting on each line for multiline tokens line long comments%
