    howtographql gives the impression that graphcool acts like a database, or is that some trickery

    I’m having issues getting things up an running locally, they used to work fine, now I am constantly getting this error: Deploying to local with target local locally... !
    ▸ 'ECONNRESET': request to <http://localhost:60000/system> failed, reason: socket hang up
    Docker is running, I can visit graphicool endpoint in browser and running
    DEBUG="*"
    the output seems to just hang on a
    mutation { push … }
    then print out the above error

    Hi guys, very new to the space, but evaluating Graphcool as a way to connect a new mobile app to data in AWS. Ideally I'd like data in several RDS schemas to seamlessly feed into a mobile app in real-time. I noticed an AWS deployment option is coming, which is great. Would you agree that setting up Graphcool in its own PaaS and hooking it into an AWS environment is not ideal?

    @arunagw does that mean the original
    graphcool
    cmd is now completely deprecated? we use
    graphcool-framework
    to do all the same tasks now? https://www.graph.cool/docs/reference/graphcool-cli/commands-aiteerae6l/

    Although I have not used the CLI's just yet I am not clear on the relationship between graphcool (currently in beta) and graphcool-framework. I could look at the commands but on the face of it I am not sure what the separation of concerns are,
