Hey guys 👋 I just released the new version of GraphQL Shield which helps you manage permissions in your GraphQL Server more efficiently. The new version has been focused on managing cache and the overall speed improvements. Check out the article below where we create an online groceries store with real fruits and vegetables! 🍏🛡️🍓 https://medium.com/@maticzavadlal/graphql-shield-9d1e02520e35

After reading many inspiring blogs and the very appreciated💕 www.howtographql.com tutorials, I wanted to build an entire app with all GraphQL features and real world schema. The result is: https://coolboard.netlify.com An complete video course - it will be published at packtpub.com: A practical step by step building an entire app with web front-end and of course powered by a #prisma Have fun!

I'm sure most people in the community have seen this tool, but when it comes to brainstorming new features, especially when it comes to introducing new data to my app,
    graphql-faker
is an amazing tool. I usually start from
    master
    , fire up
    graphql-faker
on the schema file, and then make some changes which I can then show to my front-end colleague. Check it out here: https://github.com/APIs-guru/graphql-faker

Hello everyone, I am Victor from China. Due to our love of prisma, my team and I translated the documents of prisma and deployed the Chinese documents at https://prisma.1wire.com. Complete documentation is available at prisma.1wire.com/docs, blogs and additional articles at prisma.1wire.com/blog. I believe these efforts will help millions of Chinese developers understand and use prisma and make a greater contribution to the community in the future. At the same time, I also appeal to developers in other language countries to participate in the translation of documents and develop together with our favorite prisma😆

JavaScript only video I’ve just created focuses on using Apollo Server modules. I’d love any feedback and ways we can improve this approach:

Has anyone explored using middleware with modules?

Hey all! Made this experimental anonymous short-message board! http://165.22.45.96/ The idea is on the first field to use the format nickname@room to choose your name and the room where your messages are gonna appear, they are subscriptions so, they are instant like a chat. It's anonymous, if you reset the page, you lose the name! All feedback is well received!

I've created a template for Prisma 2 quick experimentation. It spins up an auto reloading Nexus powered GraphQL server, and will regenerate the dev database any time your Prisma schema changes. Could also be handy for providing examples or utilising for bug reports etc. https://github.com/ctrlplusb/prisma2-template

Hey guys, This isn’t directly Prisma related, but I created a watcher similar to Nodemon specifically for JavaScript and Typescript servers. Including any GeaphQL severs you guys might use, in front of Prisma (graphql-yoga for example). If you guys are interested in contributing and/or reviewing, I’d be happy to receive feedback: https://github.com/samrith-s/nodehawk Feel free to hit me up for any questions.
