I liked this layout from your youtube video, where the products are nodes separate from the tasks. The file icon style for the products is nice also. But the picture you posted above is a nice improvement from the previous style as well. 👍

I like the shaded colors and the typography. I know red/green are often pass/fail colors -- but it's hard for certain types of color blindness. I'm not an expert by any means - but this article was helpful: https://www.tableau.com/about/blog/examining-data-viz-rules-dont-use-red-green-together I like suggestions #4 (perhaps darker red?) & #5 (perhaps a dashed border around the red?)
