<!here> Calling all builders! We are looking for software engineers, LLM enthusiasts and data/AI app builders to join Backdrop Build, a 4-week program (free, online, low time commitment, remote, and async) where folks join forces to build and launch their projects on Ploomber Cloud. We would love to support members in our community build and deploy projects https://backdropbuild.com. Please send me a DM if this is of interest to you - if you have questions on the program and the types of projects that we will build and deploy let us know!

Hello! I'm trying to run a simple Flask + Torch app (lightweight, 300kb zip file including 100kb trained model, very small) and it fails deployment with: The container failed due to insufficient memory

Say I'd like to modify a notebook node significantly enough that I can't just rinse and repeat with
    ploomber build
until it works as intended. How should I go about running it in isolation as a proper notebook in VSC or jupyter, and still having benefits of the information in
    upstream = [ 'get', ...]
    preamble and perhaps in
    pipeline.yaml
    and
    env.yaml
? I could add some shim code to inject desired inputs into
    upstream
, only to excise it later, when not needed anymore, but I'm hoping you guys could suggest a tried and proved pattern...

Hello. Am I missing something with the ploomber cli, or it is not possible to specify a name for an app from the cli on a paid plan?

Hello, when I deploy everything seems to be fine but after the deploy stage it's stuck in "Serving traffic: Pending". Yesterday the app was up & running, while since this morning it's stuck in the "provisioning" stage.

Hey folks. Does Envoy sidecar being used for Ploomber services? If that's the case, can I modify the timeout on the Envoy proxy? When I am streaming LLM response, it times out at 15 second so I am not getting entirety of response back

Hi, how to ignore files in the zip file created with ploomber? gitignore file is not taking into account apparently and I get the limit to 50Mb size, so no deploy is posssible.

Is the open source Ploomber project still under active development? I went to Ploomber.io and it looks like the docs are all about Ploomber Cloud. It looks like there's not much development happening on it nowadays on Github. Thanks!

I see this error in my Dash app and according to online forums it may be due to an old version? https://community.plotly.com/t/dash-2-9-2-keyerror-callback-function-not-found-for-output-does-not-make-any-sence-in-docker/74254/8

I see this error on my website:
upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. retried and the latest reset reason: remote connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111
and this in the Ploomber logs:
    2025-04-22T13:37:52.107000+00:00 - /srv/entrypoint.sh: line 33: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'
The app was working earlier, and I haven't redeployed since

I deleted my old project, which was on a custom domain, and created a new one. I am not able to add my old custom domain (now unused) to this one: Conflict - hosted zone already exists (Request ID: r-db29fbc0) also I can't be sure but I think when I redeployed with new source code, the old source code from a previous upload was being deployed
