Hello, seems that there is an issue with the addition of domains / sub domains. Not sure what though. We use godaddy for the domains. As it don't work they advised us to contact you to investigate the issue. I have promptly done what was asked in your documentation. We can see the the sub domain validated on your end. Doesn't work though.
