Hi team, first of all, great platform from the technical side, I deployed a Chainlit App for testing and it was very easy, however, when checking your terms of service I found this: By submitting, posting or displaying such Content on or through the Service you hereby grant Ploomber a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid for, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to upload, post, send, receive, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, perform, display, exhibit, distribute, analyze, create derivative works of, and otherwise use such Content. Furthermore, by creating an Application on or through use of the Service, you grant Ploomber a worldwide, fully paid for, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such Application. This is crazy. So you effectively want to steal my code, even if I pay you for hosting it? Do I understand this correctly? I am glad I actually read this before deploying anything sensitive.

Hi Elias. Thanks for pointing this out. I believe this clause is outdated (back when we were working on a different product). I'll speak to our legal team so we can change it. and for the record: we don't claim any ownership over your code, that belongs to you and we don't modify it nor distribute it anywhere. I understand your concern so feel free to wait until we update the terms & conditions in case you want to deploy anything else
We have updated our terms of service, for transparency: we added a new section ("Promotion of Free User Applications") to "1. Your Agreement with Ploomber" and updated "5. License from You", to only grant us the necessary rights to host the apps as well as security analysis rights to prevent abuse thanks for brigning this to our attention! @Elias Hohl https://ploomber.io/terms-and-conditions/
