Yes, the re/deployment is killing time. Also, I see it "forgets" that 1 app is free on prof.tier and shows that I will be charged.

yeah, we're working on improving the UX there, you won't be charged if you remain within your monthly credit limits

pricing is the same (pro gives you 1 app with 1 cpu and 2gb of ram running 24/7), but the new model is more flexible. because we have customers that have multiple apps and are ok not having them up 24/7 (e.g. they only turn them on from 9-5)

if your app has 1cpu and 2gb of memory at most, you wont be charged extra

This is the sceeenshot of "Redeploy.." option. It says that I will be charged for 0.5 CPU and 1 GB , on the right. This is my only app.
