Hello, when I deploy everything seems to be fine but after the deploy stage it's stuck in "Serving traffic: Pending". Yesterday the app was up &amp; running, while since this morning it's stuck in the "provisioning" stage.

I'm also facing the same issue. Its stuck on the Serving traffic: Pending stage.

Yes, with a new application the deployment works. However, I think there is something broken since the applications page in the Ploomber dashboard doesn't show anything (only the spinning wheel).

The app is down again, and I still can't see anything in the Applications section.

<@U07EYKKB3D3> I fixed your app. just to I ensure we can replicate:  I see you're on a community account, hence, your apps are stopped after some period of inactivity. did this happen after your app was automatically stopped, did you stop manually or during a re-deployment?

ok, I sent the report to the engineering team. we replicated the issue (some auto stopped apps are unable to start again). can you send me a screenshot of the spinning wheel?
