Hi Everyone 👋 It’s David from Permit. Just a heads-up that we’ll be performing routine maintenance on our system on Monday, November 9 at 5:00 PM EST (22:00 UTC). We don’t expect any downtime and there’s nothing you need to do. As with any maintenance, there’s a small chance of brief service disruption. We’re sharing this in advance in case you notice anything unusual at this time. Thank you 🙂

To check whether a Permit service is affected during the maintenance window, the Permit.io status page shows the live state, 90-day uptime, and incident notices for each service, including the Backend, OPAL, Frontend, PDP Deltas, and PDP Data. Click *Get updates* there to be notified by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, webhook, RSS, or Atom when a service status changes. (1) If something looks off around 5:00 PM EST (22:00 UTC) on Monday, November 9, and a service shows as operational, ask in the Permit Slack community or email support@permit.io. (1) If you are seeing an issue with your PDP or policy checks, please share the following so our engineers can investigate: 1. Which Workspace / Project / Env you are using 2. What calls you are performing (as SDK code or cURL) 3. Which PDP version you are running 4. Relevant logs from your PDP
