Also, I have an issue where within my app, if I log out, and log in as a new user, the papercups widget still thinks it is the previous user session. I am passing a username and email in the config, so, I'm not sure how to resolve this. We are interested in using this product, and would initially sign up for the Starter tier, but this is dependent upon there being support. TIA.
