OrbStack

After a recent update of orbstack (2.2.0), it seems that accessing a site through it's entry in /etc/hosts results in `err_connection_reset` ... not sure where the failure is, but I'm putting this out there in-case someone else has solved it faster than I have...

More information:
This is with running ddev ... as site is created and there is a traefik instance running as a router. Seems like I can hit it via localhost... but not via the entry that ddev puts into /etc/hosts

Confirmed that downgrading to v2.1.3 restores functionality... so, something is amiss in v2.2.0
