I run pods such as my JS codebase but to test code changes I spin a local server on my mac and update the IP address in traefik. is there a static IP that orbstack uses for pod to host networking?

host.docker.internal

does not work as kubernetes errors with:

Invalid value: "host.docker.internal": must be a valid IP address, (e.g. 10.9.8.7 or 2001:db8::ffff)
