I checked out Lattice once but our team is too small for it. We use Google Forms and do 360s every 3 months using very simple 3 questions: what Peter should start doing, stop doing and continue doing?

I’ve heard good things about Lattice but we went with CultureAmp at DICE which is good but very expensive

Have just double-checked one of last quarter’s review forms; for example: One of our 6 values is to “Do what you say you will” i.e. follow through on commitments and manage expectations appropriately. An individual would be rated from 1-5 on the value, and then there is a question asking for examples of where they demonstrate the value and another asking for examples and how they could improve.
