09/19/2018, 2:54 PMWe do it but make them delete the files and then remove them from shared drives, we use lastpass so can remove passwords too, but may want to check browser passwords

09/19/2018, 2:59 PMNeed to ensure that there’s no license agreements on there linked to the company too. If you reset to factory settings should be fine. As it’s a company asset- finance will need to write it off

09/19/2018, 5:33 PMShould be pretty straight forward to account for the sale of your asset but all points raised make sense. If there is sensitive information on it I would suggest someone is there to ensure the drive is wiped
