👋 everyone, I am a commercial manager at Thriva (a blood testing startup). Nice to meet you all. I am about to look at re-freshing our internal knowledgebase/wiki - currently we use Dropbox and people just can't access the things they need. Is anyone using any good internal wiki software? Would love any recommendations 🙏

Hey
Does your team use Zendesk at all? If you do, you can build a wiki/guide in knowledgebase and give access internally to some or all of it
Happy to talk to you about what we did here.

We used Google Sites for internal wiki - we already use the Google products, so it all integrates easily, and everyone can edit easily. https://gsuite.google.co.uk/intl/en_uk/products/sites/

Happy to tell you more about how we structured it!

Thanks @quiet-orange-43581 will take a look and drop you a note!

My last company used Confluence and everyone hated it for a multitude of reasons. Everyone in my team at Bumble is now obsessed with Guru! https://www.getguru.com
