Hi Everyone, great to be part of the network! Thanks @colossal-dream-48667 for the intro to @quiet-orange-43581! I am currently Head of Ops at Makers, we run a bootcamp training software developers. This is my first Head of Ops role and I have been here for about a year. Before that I was the 2nd employee at The New Entrepreneurs Foundation where I worked for 4 and a half years helping to get the company off the ground. I also spent a year running the frontline Ops for the London office of Hostmaker. So a bit of a mix really and have just been figuring it all out as I go, and learning lots. I am also in the process of moving to New York for 2 years which is really exciting. Hoping to continue my ops journey over there so still looking forward to remaining engaged with this community and helping out where I can.
