I was thinking of how to improve this slack and I think making several channels for topics would help. I know we have two but I was thinking some more categorisation might be good? 01 - General 02 - Marketing 03 - HR 04 - Legal 05 - Intros 06 - Events 07 - Opportunities 08 - Highs and Lows (Discuss big wins, commiserate and navigate bad situations) 09 - Tech

Though I agree with a greater degree of separation being helpful, I would keep it as few as possible at the same time - for example General and Intros could be merged, imho. Other than that I second this!

I think we’ll start with a few more and see how things go. At this point, less than a half of Ops Stories members are active on Slack, but it’ll definitely get busier as the community grows. We’d also like to encourage posting questions in email group more because it’s easier to search/retain information this way and it reaches everyone who’re not on Slack 🙂
