Hi, I'm having some issue with the RUM session replays in openobserve, basically some replays dont show, it stays at 00.00/00.00. In the browser console I get the following error:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')
 at _ (VideoPlayer.vue_vue_type_script_setup_true_lang.BBxkkjMN.js:2:1875)

As of now I have not found a pattern to which ones work and which ones don't. One replay worked, and when I opened the same replay a bit later it didn't 😅

Could you share the Network request/response when opening a replay that shows

Sure! Network log was cleared just before I opened a replay Any specific one I need to pay attention to?

focus on the

_search?type=logs&search_type=RUM...

XHR request. For a broken replay, click that request and send us the Response tab. That should be enough to see whether the replay data is actually being returned.

All of the response's do have data returned, I am hesitant to share them here because its from a production environment and can have privacy sensitive data
