    You mentioned above that developers use player base as their reasoning behind the migrate to other cities in game. I completely agree with them. Unless you limit your server to a smaller area with another city, English RP servers don't have the capacity to keep those bigger cities going

    What development team wants to go around SF and LV, saving locations into a dynamic repository that is never gonna get used. Maybe by a few, but not the majority of their server. They have to way up the options. Its called Risk. Do they waste their time and take the dive and maybe get a bigger player base, or stay safe with what they have and build on that.
