    I don't think there are mods that lower your graphics, unless you mess with the app in nvidia's control panel (if you have such thing) graphical mods will generally increase the workload

    the thing is I use framrate vigilante on gta Sa normally and I get 60fps, however when I hop into samp it drops drastically to like 20-30fps. I know there are a lot more players but damn
