I think this is in a good place to try and review for a merge: github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/pull/18887 - This updates the LLM settings view to group everything by provider and steer folks to the bulk add models popup. It doesn't address all the rough edges but I think its a good start. Potential next steps would be further improvements on the empty LLM view, recognizing API key to fill in the provider information, better support for chatgpt subscription as a provider. Open to feedback since it hasn't gotten tons of visibility
