Have we fixed the PR review template automation to poll properly? IIRC it was using the agent to look for PRs to review, rather than using python code

Vasco is working on getting our current automations in the VM into the extensions repo, but it’s not ready yet: github.com/OpenHands/extensions/issues/447

I'm doing a workshop on code review next week, would love for this to get in this week if possible!
