we could. one thing I’m not sure of — this should run every time but for some reason sometimes it’s not running. I’m not sure why that’s the case

Yes… Maybe we hit GitHub limits, or GitHub hits its limits 😅

All of our other actions run OK though, I think maybe there’s an issue with this one specifically?

i think the workflow is missing the 
synchronize
trigger, so after you push a commit the required check disappears from the new commit and the PR gets stuck.

Aha! if so, it may have worked before because the last action is PR edit

i think it is really because of that. i see problems when I don't have the screenshot and then I updated the description and nothing happens.
it is just one line change
