Feature Idea: if the user logs in with OH Cloud,
• they don't need API key
• canvas auto-creates a few profiles, `gpt-5.5-smart`, `haiku-3.5-fast`, `deepseek-v4-pro-open`
• the login lasts long :thinky-spin: 

does this assume they've already added credits?

or maybe we do this but then prompt for credits when users select these models?

or is this canvas simply copying over their pre-existing llm profile cloud settings?

Ah, I don't know: the best UX IMHO is the lowest friction here. None, if possible.

Maybe this is a Cloud idea, not canvas:
• what I had in mind was new users
• if they're already a Cloud user, they have at least one profile (the default)
• if they're new, make ~three profiles
