Small draft PR when we hit a bug with Jira MCP install: github.com/OpenHands/agent-canvas/pull/1516 This is an interim UX guardrail that hides OAuth-only MCP entries from the local install flow. So with this, Jira no longer appears in the marketplace. Would appreciate a quick sanity check on whether this is the right temporary behavior.
