This seems like a simple fix for cloud version of "Paginated event loading for long conversations (scroll-up lazy loading)" cc @millions-afternoon-47582 https://github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/pull/14399 https://github.com/OpenHands/agent-canvas/pull/407

Hello @chilly-france-44439, I have approved the OpenHands pull request. I’ve left two questions and one suggestion on the agent-canvas pull request Thank you very much! thankyou

Thank you! I've switched the PR to draft status so we can wait for the SaaS release. Once SaaS is released, we can go back to this PR, do some testing, and merge it!

I already did this?
oh for cloud mode! why did that not "just work"?

I believe Xingyao is aiming to achieve the following: Enable scroll-up lazy pagination of older events for cloud backends, aligning it with local mode*.* Long conversations will now load the most recent 50 events on the first render, and older pages will be lazily loaded as the user scrolls up. However, there is a bug in the OpenHands cloud backend that is preventing this work from proceeding. The cloud code path previously only sent the limit and intentionally dropped parameters like
sort_order
,
page_id
,
timestamp__gte
, and
timestamp__lt
due to a bug in the server that involved comparing string timestamps with datetime objects. This bug has now been fixed in OpenHands/OpenHands#14399, so we are now able to forward all parameters properly thankyou
