i think we also have references to setup.sh scripts, is that still supported? iirc we only support hooks now

i remmeber that's only supported in OpenHands/OpenHands @nutritious-balloon-65098 Conduct a thorough investigation under: 1. OpenHands/software-agent-sdk 2. OpenHands/OpenHands 3. OpenHands/OpenHands-CLI 4. OpenHands/agent-canvas Please tell me if setup.sh is still supported or not.

I answered the investigation question and did not make any code changes. Final answer: 
.openhands/setup.sh
is still supported only in 
OpenHands/OpenHands
app-server conversation startup. It is not supported by 
OpenHands/software-agent-sdk
/ agent-server, 
OpenHands/OpenHands-CLI
, or 
OpenHands/agent-canvas
as an execution mechanism. Those runtimes support hooks via 
.openhands/hooks.json
instead. No commits, pushes, or PRs were created.
