Needs a bit of cleaning will have it ready by tmrw!

A much earlier version was tested (and not exhaustively either)

(can't wait to do big refactor on my vibe coded app once this is in !)

You can test this by going to the agent server gui PR, and running the following

```npm install

OH_AGENT_SERVER_GIT_REF=feat/encrypted-secrets-in-transit npm run dev ```

<@U07TE39J96U> left some comments on the SDK PR. Mainly hoping that we can add more test to prevent this from breaking in the future

OK done now, Tim has approved the PR will merge after a last QA

We probably need a docs PR too
