Got inspired from <@U070UP4FW3F> difficulty setting up the dev environment when testing someone's branch
So, I have updated our `development.md`
OH has already done 2 passes; lmk if those 2 minor things are important enough to fix otherwise I think it's good. I did test it; see comments and screenshots.

I think it's not letting me merge <https://github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/pull/13432|the PR> because I lack the permissions. it just gives me the option to keep "update branch" even though i approved auto-merge

If you have time either <@U06PYTVAES1> or <@U0733742FR8> could you please merge this? Or, happy to take feedback if I am doing something wrong.

There is now a check failing but OH says its a rate limit issue. It was not failing previously.

I'll take care of that, just made a few small tweaks to remove V0 stuff from sight, so that it doesn’t confuse humans and agent alike :sweat_smile:
