I'm seeing the following issue when using openhands provider and minimax-m2.5 in OpenHands Cloud:

litellm.BadRequestError: Litellm_proxyException - Budget has been exceeded! User=f4c004b7-bc63-46e5-a32e-0765d5ecc9e7 in Team=f4c004b7-bc63-46e5-a32e-0765d5ecc9e7 Current cost: 0.0, Max budget: 0.0

hmm I thought we'd solve this 🙃 what's your github (or other git provider) handle?

My github handle is anchapin
