Hi OpenHands Cloud Users: Wanted to share an update on some recent problems we've seen with resuming conversations: Previously, some users were unable to resume conversations in OpenHands Cloud and would get stuck in a "Connecting" or "Initializing Agent" state. This is now fixed and conversations should load into a "Waiting for task" state. If you aren't seeing this happen, please feel free to share your conversation ID with us. Known issue: Refreshing Git tokens - Fix in progress We are aware of a known issue with resuming conversations older than four (4) hours from private repositories. While the conversation will load into a "Waiting for task" state, OpenHands will require a user to instruct OpenHands to Push changes or Pull the latest branch updates. This can be done via the UI controls (see screenshot), which will help refresh the GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket token. We are actively working on a fix for this!
