you can move sketches around and you can project block surfaces to your geometry but I don't know what exactly you want

hmm i just a disk with holes in a cylindrical fluid domain with the disk being the solid

since its fsi, i need the surfcaes to be sort of conformal

the fluid mesh will run through the holes as well
