yeah that's the one I'm editing!
I think the data should be fine, we just need the samplesheet files in the right format, the headers current say "group" and they need to say sample_name
just taking a long time to clone cus it's a big repo hah

OK I've made a PR for them to merge in the corrected file formats, in the meantime I'm going to switch them to using: github.com/hanalysis/test-datasets/tree/clipseq
