Okay this is a great question I had actually. Deepsomatic doesn't exist in on dev yet, so that's why it's not in the full Sarek modules update PR that you linked. Should I: 1. Push the update to Rike's Deepsomatic PR into Sarek? 2. Experiment with stacked PRs to solve this, maybe?

I merged it earlier. Maxime said it was ok so cool cowboy

Oh perfect. Then I'll merge that into my PR and update deepvariant deepsomatic to 4.8!
