Hi everyone! This is a random, naive question - I’m new to Nextflow and nf-core. I’ve spent the last couple of years building analysis pipelines on an HPC cluster (Slurm and shell scripts), and I recently just started moving them into Nextflow. I was just added to the nf-core GitHub org, and I’d like to help out, but I’m not sure where to start. Is there a good first task for someone at my level, like docs, configs, or a small module? And is there anything else you’d suggest for getting involved in the community?

There are eg the "good first issues" in modules, but there is also the #C0BKZMG6467 which could be a good way to get started

Modules is a good way to get started as the are quite small. pick a pipeline that fits your background/interest and look if there are any open issues concerning modules/missing tools. Or just ask on the specific pipeline channel. We have a hackathon in Barcelona this week, so slack might be a bit quieter than usual.
