I'm guessing you changed a tuple's entries. Catches me often.

It's happening insidiously inside a function, I think

I found it, that was very insidious. I read a bunch of stuff into `meta` with samplesheetToList, and I added a new meta entry but didn't correctly add the `meta` field to the schema file, so it created a new field in the input tuple.
