On a similar note on containers. Was the base image changed on wave? I get new errors which I did not encountered before (kernel in quarto does not start, which could be an updated security config?)

How did you try to build them and when was the last time it was built before?

github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/13010 It's w.r.t to the one you helped merging locally. I use the wave containers (seqera.io/containers) page with the environment.yml. Then I update the main.nf container links.

you can now use

nf-core modules container create

(with nf-core tools 4.1.0). that uses a pixi template compared to the default conda template (that recently got an update)

If I try to update with

nf-core modules bump-versions

I get this. I will try the new container command and update nf-core tools from

3.5.2
